I love cottage cheese, and am looking for new ideas on different ways to eat it - any ideas? Currently my favourite is Cottage Cheese, Natural yogurt, I banana 1 apple Chop up the apple and banana and mix altogher, amazingly good low in calories and really fulls you up.

Wow, careful when you are eating tuna
I brought one of those small pouches to work of Starkist Albacore Tuna in water, so I was adding my mustard and stirring it and I saw something in there. I pulled out a bone that was at least an inch and a half long, curved and sharp!! I have never found a bone in the canned/ pouch tuna before. Careful!! :frown:
