Eating 1/2 my dinner before hitting the gym and 1/2 after?
I usually get off work at 8pm. I eat dinner around 7pm. I usually go to the gym right after work, getting there at around 8:30pm. Ok all you successful people out there! How do you break up your calories throughout the day? I've been trying to stay under 200 calories for breakfast, but then I often over-eat at snack time! Need help on a recipe!!!
I made soup with turkey broth, turkey meat (no skin), chicken (no skin), fresh red bell pepper, fresh green bell pepper, onion, jalapeno peppers. I calculated ingredients on Sparkrecipes.com, and it said 1 serving was 992 calories!! That CAN'T be right!! I skimmed off all fat from the broth before I cooked. Any ideas??
