Lunch Ideas
I am kind of picky when it comes to lunch foods... Don't like mayo, cheese, or mustard. I end up with really naked sandwiches! My standards are PB&J, lean pockets, reduced fat blueberry muffin or a bagel with peanut butter. I want to try and stick to around 300 calories for lunch. Any good ideas? I am just soo bored!

Dinner...(quick question)
Ok, Subway seemed to be the dinner. So I went on their site, and found the 6 grams of fat or under subs. These all have low calories too. I have 558 calories to eat for dinner, and I know I should use all of them (give or take about 10). Is it ok to do two 6 inch subs from this menu?

When do y'all stop eating food for the night.? I eat dinner anywhere between 5 and 6 pm and would love to snack on something most nights, but I tend to cut myself off by 7:30--often feeling hungry and just itching to raid the cupboards. I go to bed between 9 and 10 pm.

I finally bought Fiber One Bars this weekend. Ate one this morning and went on an all day drive. WHEW not a good idea.
