Muffins
I found Betty Crocker Muffin mix at Walmart yesterday. 88 cents a bag. I purchased triple berry and blue berry... each have 120 calories, 12 carbs, 2g fat and 1g of protein. I actually made some of the triple berry last night and had half a muffin with my toast and slimfast this morning!

Does beef really have that much sodium? I haven't eaten yet, but was logging my calories in advance. I'm making kabobs using eye of round beef. It says that 8 oz has more than 1500 grams??? That seems very high, but I could be wrong. Anyone?

Dannon Activia Vanilla yogurt contains "fructose syrup" ~ is this different than high fructose corn syrup?? If they're different, is fructose syrup healthier than HFCS? I'm so confused. :huh:

1200 calories isn't enough for me
I tried setting my calorie goal to 1200, and it doesn't cut the mustard. I always end up eating at least 1400-1500, even when I log everything. Should I just go with what my body is telling me and up my goal to 14-1500?
