Danone Silhouette Frozen Yogurt
Hi Everyone! I just thought I'd share my favorite treat right now! I love taking the individual Dannone Silhouette yogurts, 100 grams, and place them in the freezer for about a half hour. It is super yummy! Like frozen yogurt and only 40 calories each! So, there's no shame in having two and they really satisfy my appetite.

Am I getting this right?! I add the number of calories I have burned off in the day to the number of calories I am supposed to eat each day & that is the total I can eat? For instance, I am limiting myself to 1200 calories daily but on most days I burn off at least 600 calories in exercise. So does that raise my calorie…

How do I account for oil (olive) consumption?
When frying, like salmon cakes, fish, chicken, how do you account for your oil intake and how do you know how much oil you are actually consuming.
