Butternut squash fries!!!!
Last night I made the Hungry Girl butternut squash fries. I was skeptical b/c I hate squash, but I figured what the he!!. i'll try it. They were sooooooo good!!!! They don't come out as crunchy as fries, but other that that they taste almost the same. No ketchup needed.
