I was wondering when or are u sappose to increas daily intake of calories? I"m 5.1 and weigh 122 with 7 lbs to go and was wondering if i was sapoose to up the daily intake or not

Grilled Cabbage. Amazing.
Oh. My. Goodness. We made cabbage on the grill and it was probably the one of the best things I have ever eaten. It was AMAZING. You just take a quarter of a head of raw cabbage, wrap it in tin foil with some butter and a bunch of salt and pepper. Grill it for about 20 minutes. SO GOOD! Has anyone else tried this?
