Danone Silhouette Frozen Yogurt
Hi Everyone! I just thought I'd share my favorite treat right now! I love taking the individual Dannone Silhouette yogurts, 100 grams, and place them in the freezer for about a half hour. It is super yummy! Like frozen yogurt and only 40 calories each! So, there's no shame in having two and they really satisfy my appetite.

Am I getting this right?! I add the number of calories I have burned off in the day to the number of calories I am supposed to eat each day & that is the total I can eat? For instance, I am limiting myself to 1200 calories daily but on most days I burn off at least 600 calories in exercise. So does that raise my calorie…
