I have a hard time being good on the weekend. Does anyone know if it is ok to deduct calories from during the week and add them to the weekend? This would be awesome if it is a healthy, effective way to lose my last pounds.

SICK DAY
i got real sick yesterday and lost my lunch. (i think it was salmonella poisoning from the tomatoes.) i didn't eat for the rest of the day, which makes my total calories for the day like 500 (if i count my lunch, which i lost, so it's more like 200). is this really bad? should i have eaten? is my body in starvation mode…

I eat throughout the day, about 5-6 small meals, I only eat when im hungry or once in awhile when I want a snack. But I usually fall below the number of calories i should be consuming. Is this necessarlly bad? Ill still lose weight right?

I'm just starting, and my daily allowance is 1440cals, more if I exercise. Lucky I'm on the crosstrainer/elliptical a lot which seems to burn a lot of calories according to the machine, but I've eaten 2000 calories and i still feel hungry... what foods are really filling and yet still low calories? cheers
