quick protein question!!??
Hi everyone, I am under my calories, fat and carbs but have gone considerably over my protein allowance. How does that effect my overall daily allowances for everything? Will this make me less likely to lose weight? I know the fat and carbs are VERY BAD to go over but what's the deal with the protein?? thanks! Jill:happy:

Hot Weather

ok..I get the whole eat your 1200 calories plus the exercise calories..but thats 1700 calories..ugg. I am desperate! I am even recording the calories from a piece of gum...it is only 5 calories..but it is 5 less I have to eat! Does it get easier to eat this much food??
