Body fat in the real world.
So I'll try to make this shorter then some other posts I give, and a little easier to read. I'm sorry if it goes a little long. I'll put my "disclaimer at the bottom for those who care." OK so lots of people ask about their belly fat and such, it seems to be the most commonly asked question about body types and how to lose…

Help with substitutions!
Ok, so I've got this terrible craving for scotch eggs. For those who've never had them, they're basically a hard boiled egg, coated in sausage, coated in breading, that is deep fried. I can't have them right now... a single serving can be as much as 1400 calories. So, I'm trying to figure out how to make them in a diet…

How do you feel about coffee?
I really like my morning coffee. I drink 3 cups a day, yes, with caffeine. It seems to make me less hungry in the morning. It also helps with being regular:smile: I do eat a healthy breakfast as well. I have read that coffee is good for you, and I have read that coffee is bad for you. Which is it? I am also addicted to the…

So, kinda strange question...actually, less of a question and more of an observation. BMR & Calorie Intake QUESTION!
So question: I have lost 2 pounds (YAY!). I have entered the new weights into my check-in section. Does MFP automatically adjust for my new BMR rate? I mean, my goal is to consume 1200 calories a day, but now that my weight is changing - shouldn't that number change too?

changing from atkins-help
I am coming off Atkins for a while. I lost 50 lbs in the last year but have been stalled at 150 for several months. I am trying to go to something else but I don't know what will happen when I put carbs back in. I am just trying to stay on low glycemic index foods and lower calories/fat. Any ideas? :flowerforyou:
