Tonight we're having grilled wild coho salmon filets, home made baked yam fries (no salt), spinach salad w/ Annie's Naturals Papaya Poppyseed dressing & 1/2 c chocolate frozen yogurt for dessert. Help! I just can't stop eating!
I've started walking alot and the downside is that I get really hungry when I walk. Its especially bad at work. (I work at KFC) I have started walking 30 minutes to work and when I get there I am starved and cant seem to keep myself from munching on wedges and chicken strips all day.
