Is this an ok subsitute?
Is plain yogurt an ok subsitute for mayo? I was going to use that for tuna or chicken salad, but I wasn't sure if it was going to taste funky and I didn't want to buy a tub of plain yogurt and have to throw it out if it wasn't going to work. Thanks!

Is it really bad to have too much protein. I was logging my meals for today and I am having a chicken breast for lunch and dinner and I am going way over. I have plenty of calories left, just not protein??

Help, ordering pizza
OK, so the plan for the night is to order pizza, we have some friends coming over. :drinker: I have really watched what I ate today so I can enjoy a slice or two without hurting my diet. Blueberry Ideas?
Today I went and picked blueberries. MMMM so yummy 30 lbs worth. Most I am freezing for now but I could use some ideas on how to use them. Most of the time we use them for smoothies and icies and cobbler. But some other healthy ideas would be good.

Have 400 Cals left...
I don't feel like I've done that well, but I retraced my day step by step and I'm sure I haven't forgotten to log anything or logged incorrectly. So I guess my question is, if I'm not hungry, is it okay for me to just leave it at 400 left over? I'm pretty sure that gives me a deficet of 900.
