I'm new to the site and I'm feeling motivated so far, but I have a question for more knowledgeable members. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. How can I log these meals if I don't have a nutrional panel for them? I've been entering individual ingredients one by one. Is that the best way?

eating under your calorie limit was a bad thing? this blows my mind? if i come close to meeting my 1200 calorie limit i feel guilty and i can't help it. it's true that if i don't start eating 1200 calories (it has been higher from exercise) i won't loose weight.. seriously?!

I am reading all about eating the required number of calories to lose weight. I do not eat that many calories! I am scared that if I dont I will not lose anything?? I would be eating all day long, and the stuff I eat isnt high in calories anyway. Im a little frightened by this:(

Fiber 'goal' numbers, I'm confused ...
I'm tracking fiber in my food diary, because I want to be sure to get enough, but the 'goal' number listed for me is just 16g. I'd thought that it was considered healthy to have something more like 30g of fiber per day. Does anyone have some insight on why my listed goal number for fiber is so small??
