Ground beef vs ground turkey
I am a bit confused as to why I would use ground turkey instead of ground beef. I checked the labels and both have the same amount of fat. Same thing with the italian sausage. Does anyone know the reason ground turkey is better for you than ground beef? Any help would be appreciated!

over my calorie goal by 2600 calories yesterday~
Oh my! I knew it was a choice I was making. I did that 2 days in a row! UGH! I felt horrible like I had a rock in my gut this morning from the pepperoni pizza. Is it true that it takes about two days to gain a pound and see the gain? So today I am eating very very lite if not fasting.

Why does the "calories remaining" change when I add in an exercise - I know the formula is: calories + calories burned - caolories consumed = calories remaining.. but why would I want to consume all the calories I just burned off? 3 cookouts this weekend and the 3rd one killed me!!
