I use the Food Log pretty much every day and I'm a little unsure of if I am using it correctly or not. Have 400 Cals left...
I don't feel like I've done that well, but I retraced my day step by step and I'm sure I haven't forgotten to log anything or logged incorrectly. So I guess my question is, if I'm not hungry, is it okay for me to just leave it at 400 left over? I'm pretty sure that gives me a deficet of 900.
