how do i add these? do i add the milk and shake together or do i add it seperately? i'm thinking seperately because even though they have the values for both on the shake container its probably not accurate for the milk i use ....if that makes any sense thanks muchly!:flowerforyou:

I don't know what happened last night..
I ate dinner at 6 pm and didn't sleep until midnight. I was HUNGRY at midnight!!!!!!!!! So, before I passed out, I decided to eat half an apple. Wise thing to do or not? Not sure but I did it. Okay...here is what I have left for today... 519 calories 94 carbs 8 fat 19 protein I'm gonna be doing cardio later with a friend and will have about 200 more calories added. I always have this problem in the evening ....more carbs than anything else. Any ideas? Help! :tongue:
