Is popcorn an okay snack? It seems like it would be healthy because the calories are low but wanted to make sure. I don't eat the buttered kind, just kettle corn which adds sugar but not that much. Anyway, any opinion would be great

The Hungry Girl's Answer to Lying Confusing Labels...
Dear Hungry Girl, I'm so tired of all the misinformation out there. I was horrified to learn that many packaged foods actually have more fat and/or calories than the labels state. I'm having a MASSIVE problem sticking to my recommended sugar intake daily, is 24g of sugar daily even possible? So, because I adore working out so much I tend to have a lot of exercise calories to eat. Some days it's NO problem at all and many days I have between 100 and 200 cals left over. I ate at an Italian restaurant tonight. They didn't have the nutrition value's. I checked online and still couldn't find it. Is 1200 enough calories?
Hello! I read some posts that people felt that by only consuming 1200 calories per day forces the body into starvation mode and thus they won't lose any weight. I'm on day 10 and haven't weighed myself...I want to wait until 2 weeks are over for that. I just wanted to know if the site judged too low for my calories. I'll…
