10 minute trainer?!?!
Has anyone tried the 10 minute trainer, I watch the commercials for it, and it looks like something that I could keep up with. I beleive that it is the same guy that invented P90X. If anyone has tried it please let me know, I don't want to waste 90 bux. I could use that to go swimming right? Thanks :smile:

less calories=less weight loss?
I've always thought that less calories meant MORE weight loss. But, when I finished my day today it said that I wasn't eating enough calories and that would equal less weight loss? Is this really true?? If so what do I do? Eating more puts me in the mind frame of putting on more weight or not losing any?

I finally got a workout in last night and I am feeling the pain today. I didi 75 minutes (that is over 800 cals burned:noway: ), but now my leg and foot hurt. not eating so much
is it ok to not eat the right amount of calories after overdoing it. last night i went over, and im seriously just not hungry and feel bloated because of that. so i was thinking that it might be ok to just go under today and get back on track tommorow? what do you guys think? would this be totaly detrimental?

Seems like I'm plateauing again.....
