Need some motivation
I was laidoff from work the end of June. I have maintained my weight loss. Going up 3 to 4 pounds water weight. It's hard being at home and trying not to snack and just being lazy. It seemed a lot easier when I was working to keep myself busy and motivated. Anyone have some tips?

how long does it take your body to digest a meal?
okay i watched this show and this dr guy was talking about how your body can only digest so many calories at each meal, 500 was the most he said you should consume per meal, the rest would turn to fat! well my question is, how long does it take for your body to digest those 500?

Okay so I've been hearing alot lately how apple cider vinegar is a great weight loss tool. If you drink it before everymeal or something it helps burn fat/ speed up your metabolism. Is this true?
