breastfeeding........
i am still breastfeeding my son and my caloric intake is set at 1540. now the thing is there are sometimes i feel extremely hungry after i nurse him and a lot of times i am already at my intake for the day. what do you guys suggest for those times i do feel hungry...:smile:

My idea
So i plan on fasting for 14 days But it is not for weight loss. I want to clear my body and start over fresh with healthy foods. I made sure i could and that my body is ready. I start tomorrow but i'm having second guesses? Is this a good idea.

Vacations are not good for weight loss.
I just don't get it. I weigh 5 pounds more then when we left for vacation last Sunday. I was really good about eating right - Grilled chicken, sweet potato, salads, yogurt. We walked everywhere. Where did this weight come from? It is so discouraging.
