Fat Help
I'm waaayy under my daily fat intake. I've never even thought about it before because I've always been in the mindset of low-fat = better for you. I'm fine with calories and carbs but am unsure how to up the fat intake while not upping the caloric intake. Suggestions?? Thanks in advance!

What time of day do you work out?
Do you do it in the morning, afternoon or evening? And does anybody have any tips for excercising in the morning? I generally only do it in the evening even if my morning's free, because I shower in the evening before I go to bed, and excercising in the morningtime would mean having an odour coming off me all day.
