Who is your idol?
You are what you think you are? If you think you are a lean mean machine, you will act eat like that person pretty soon the outside will match the inside. This is so true about me. When I feel bad about my physical appearance, I eat badly. But when I do feel good about myself I dress better, eat healthy. Workout does give…

Has anybody else just been totally exhausted since starting a diet/exercise plan. I have been going to bed at 9:30 -10 and waking up at 7. I usually go to bed at 11 and wake up at 6:30 7. I am exhausted during the day too, I usually eat a good carb snack at this time. I heard when you start a diet you are not getting all…

I don't believe my scale
Hi all, how's everyone this morning? I think my scale is crap. I got on it this morning and it said I lost another 3 lbs! That would be good if I believed it. I find it very hard to believe that I lost 9 lbs in 1 1/2 wks. :grumble: Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I was wondering if anyone else out there has or had hypothyroidism and if you have any advice on losing weight or just some good information. Activity level...need advice
I went to my settings and saw that I had my activity level at the second one "lightly active" (it was an option for nurses or mailmen), but I'm not sure if that's the right choice. I work at a restaurant as a host and a server. I had it at "lightly active" when I was hosting more, but now I'm serving more and I'm always on…

Hypoglycemia?
Anyone here have hypoglycemia? Long story short, I went to a few doctors a couple years ago for what I now think are symptoms of hypoglycemia, although I didn't know what was wrong at the time. I wasn't satisfied with the doctor's answers at the time, but since 2 or 3 doctors had basically had the "it doesn't sound like…

Pity party
I am bummed today because my scale went up - about half a pound - instead of down. I have been eating clean and working out consistently. I do have occasional small "cheats" of non-clean food but I stay within my net calorie limit. If anything I may be eating too few calories although I try to fit them all in.…

I measure the same way every time. I'm so confused. My clothes are fitting better. Maybe the numbers on my measuring tape are sliding!! LOL memaw
