Why is it bad to lose more than two pounds a week?
I guess I'll be more specific and ask what are the ill effects on your body? I mean, if you're eating all or most of your calories, and exercising, is it really an issue if you lose more? blood pressure
okay...I have a quick and probably silly question. Before I lost 40lbs the doctors put me on high blood pressure medicine (25mg). Well tonight like a second after I took my medicine I tested my blood pressure and it was 120/63. My question is...is 120/63 a good number and how low will the medicine make it drop from there?

afternoon ladies Busy morning today but I finally got a workout in last night after 3 long weeks of not doing one. I will get another one tonight before DH gets home.
