Hit a platue
I don't know what happened. I was doing really well and the weight was coming off no problem I lost 30 lbs but now the scale won't budge it's been 2 weeks and its just not moving. Reached goal size but not goal weight!

calorie for flavored coffee?? help!!
I bought a 20 oz sugar free vanilla coffee from valero this morning and I can't find the calorie count anywhere! I buy McDonald's sugar free coffe a lot and the total calorie count is usually between 90-120 calories...should I use this as a guide? Thanks for your help:flowerforyou:

So I read the "Newbies" topic about how important it is to eat the exercise calories. But how do I eat that many calories without eating too much? Like I'm confused. no-scale dieting?
I signed up a few weeks ago and am committed to healthier eating and living. I do want to lose weight! However, I haven't weighed myself and don't plan to monitior my pounds.
