eating enough?

I don't know why i did it....
But i did it,,,,,,i was craving fast food and caved last night........and i felt so full and sick last night and i still feel that way this morning.......I dont know if ill ever be able to eat that crap anymore........I ate a large fry....a 1/4lb with cheese ......3 orders of nuggets and a large coke yuck yuck yuck

MFP Recalculation
So since I've lost so much weight :glasses: MFP asked me to recalc all my stuff. After doing so it dropped me down 230 net daily calories (1770), to get to my goal of 230 (-2/week). How come when I was younger I was very active but still chunky? I mean I wlked everywhere, rode a bicycle all the time. Swam, played baseball, basketball. I was a little athlete but I was always still a little chunky. And I dont remember eating alot of junk food, so why is that? Anyone else feel that way?
