IS it possible to lose 20lbs by November 23.

I've been doing about 30 minutes Aerobics a day and also about 15-30 minutes of strength training. And im wondering is it better to just stick to one workout a day and switch it up.. Example: 30 minutes Aerobics 3 days a week and Strength Training 2 days a week??? Or will i get the same results doing both 5 days a week???

Bad habit.............
:grumble: I have one bad habit that I believe is preventing me from losing weight..........I love, love love coffee but my downfall to it is I have to put a TON of sugar in it!!! Ok so I am on medication that packs quite the calories....so I eat about 700-900 calories a day in food and the rest of the calories come from my blood thinners. Is this ok or should I eat 1200 calories a day plus tack on the 500 calories from the meds. I am only supposed to consume 1200 calories a day.
