dumb question?
Am I supposed to eat up to all the calories it gives me per day, cause I was way below what it said I could have? like it gave me 1469 calories per day and I have 709 calories remaining. 128 carbs and 19 fat remaining also.

Help... Crazy for Chocolate!!!
Okay, I'm about ready to pull my hair out. I'm in desperate need of some good and satisfying chocolate cakey kind of treat. I'm all about chocolate. Generally I favor dark chocolate candy bar or treats and I can easily manage the limits on those. But I'm really wanting something cake like. Any suggestions?

weight gain

Which weight to use.

4 o'clock help
I have a problem....almost everyday inbetween 4and 6 pm I end up blowing my new good habits. It's been happening off and on all summer. I am only 1.5 lbs away from no longer being obese and 5 lbs away from FINALLY being under 200!!! I'm so excited!!! I've worked my butt off for the past 3 months to drop 18 lbs and only have 10 lbs to go before I reach the halfway mark!!! Skinny here I come!!

My scale isn't budging!

no added calories for weight training
I just noticed on chart today that you get no extra calories for doing weight training, lunges, sit-ups etc. and it I am filling this out correctly walking 35 - 45 min. I am only burning 247 calories that stinks!
