Should i eat more carbs?
Im not on a low carb diet but im only eating about 1/2 my recommended carbs for the day, i usually eat 10 over on my protein but im lifting so i think thats okay cuz i dont feel like im eating that much protein. Maybe i should eat more carbs to have more energy???Gotta have energy!

I've hit a wall
Please help - seems like i have hit a wall - I can't seem to consistently break the 181 mark - been at this about a month and a half - have lost 11 lbs and am VERY happy about that but it seems to have stopped - i have beefed up the excercise some but nothing is happening any suggestions?

Is it ok to have a day where you have one meal that is not necessarily within the "plan"? I ate a small small lunch that consisted of 3oz chicken thigh meat... a little over 1/4 cup of noodles and a half a cup of spinach yet i feel soooo sooooo disgustingly full........like i ate half a pizza to my face... :grumble:
