I show people this pic....my profile pic (for the moment :laugh: ).....this is me at 19. I will never look like that again (I think by choice). So hungry on days I don't exercise
Does this happen to anyone else? I get so hungry on the days I don't exercise, sometimes my body is screaming for food! And on exercise days, this is usually not a problem. It seems so contrary.

I lost 11 pounds

Nerves causing me to eat too much early in the day

I love this little flatbread tacos../sandwiches.. they are tasty and satisfing.. on 200 cals each.. w/baked chips (or reg).. just count the calories.. remember no one sees your food dairy so be truthful to your self DOWN 14 lbs in first month.. there is no stopping me now..:flowerforyou:

What about drinks?
Don't you count your calories on your drinks for the day as well? I am a little confussed by this because they is nowhere to put down what I drink everyday besides Water.

Calories and Strenght Training?
