Site reporting a false loss.
I am very confused. The site is saying that I have already lost 10 pounds. Which i have not. I havent logged any weights at all this week other than my original which I did have to change because I was sort of guesstimating and I was off. Yep it was by 10 pounds but why would that show as a loss? How do I correct that?

European sizes...?
I recently bought a pair of jeans that were in European sizes, and I couldn't get them zipped... Well, now I can. They're still SNUG... but I can zip them and walk around without laying down on the bed. haha... but I was wondering if anyone knew the correlation between a European size 30 and American sizes? I walk 45 minutes a day. I am 181.4 pounds, 5'6, my stride is 20", I believe I walk 2.5 mph? When I calculated it on here it said I burned 186 calories from walking. On here it says my daily calorie burn should be 301. Do I burn these calories then eat them back up to go back to 1250 calories a day?

OMG, How bad were the calories today?
I did bad with out knowing it. I ate like nothing all day and then had a salad and blew it. There was nothing in the salad. I ate half 1 cup really of the Zaxby's chicken salad zalad and went over the top. Back to the exercise bike tonight!!!
