Hi everyone, I am knew to all this but plugging away. I really don't like water and was wondering if I can continue to drink the diet rite soda and use this as a substitute for my water. I know its crazy but I am trying to convince myself since it has zero everything its like drinking my water. sk

when you lose weight go to MY HOME then to SETTINGS then to UPDATE FITNESS PROFILE it will say your current weight but re type it and at the end put continue it lowers your calories for you so you will keep losing weight i was at 1370 and now im at 1360 pretty awesome!!! this sites amazing!!! :smile:
