Hi Everyone, okay, so after a while away from fitness, I still need to lose around 30lb I have an office job where I sepdn most of my day behind a desk. however. I am in the Gym every morning from 6.30am to 7.45am doing cardio work. so am I sedentary? or another setting?

BMR by MFP seems higher
Anyone finding this number MFP comes up with is high. I calculated mine a few different places and find MFP to be almost 300 calories higher which is affecting my weight and calories in take golas. Anyway to change this so I can put in what all the other sites say it should be?
