Hey ladies! I've been doing MFP since Sept and have lost nearly 20 lbs so far! I have about 45 to go! I'm looking for a few gals that are in the same situation and would love to form a support group where we can cheer one another on!

Day 3
This is my third day on my fitness pal and it has definitely made me more aware of what i'm eating as I know i'll be recording it at the end of the day. It's so easy to eat and not be aware of the calories i'm consuming. Of course, I still like the odd sweet treat!

eating with Hubby
Hello everyone, I am having a hard time with planning meal because my Hubby is a big eater. He is a very large man and he says he is going to eat what ever he wants. But my question is how do I plan meals that are healthy for me and enough so he is asking for more food an hour after eating dinner.

Starting T25 again Tonight. Lawd Help Me O_o
I use to do Insanity but it took so long to do so I switched to T25. I thought Insanity was outrageous..but T25 is completely brutal!! But I always felt better after working out. Hopefully tonight's workout will spark my love for T25 again. ^.^

tired of seeing the scale go up instead of down
Is it a good idea for me to stay away from the weight machines in the gym and focus on my cardio to lose weight ? I do 30 mins of cardio then 30 of strength training not trying to bulk up just trying to dorp weight.

Sorry I'm a n00b here.. don't judge if I posted it in the wrong sub forums! My bust is 36, waist is 29 and hips 33 (when measured with centimeters and converted to inches) When measured with inches I'm a bust 38, waist 30, and hips 34. I'm also 5"2 and 153 pounds with a medium build.
