What does this mean?
Hi! I'm fairly new to MFP, and I was wondering, what do net calories mean? Am I supposed to be in the negative or positive for those? I'm not sure what they mean on here or how they affect my weight loss. Thanks!

Question about entering my own recipe
Hi All, I'm new to MFP and have been entering some of my own recipes. If i don't exercise, then I don't get to eat. :(
Hi all, new here, started a couple of weeks ago. A horrifying thought has occurred to me. Like the title says - if I don't kill a couple of hundred or more calories, somewhere, anywhere, then basically I am insanely hungry and usually run out of calory allowance near the end of the day I can't make do on a 200- 300…

Question about setting up the app/my goals.
I've been using the app for a month now but I think I've set it up wrong. My calorie goal for maintenance is 3000 and for weight loss, it's 2000-2400. Obviously, I'm planning on losing weight. My question is: when setting up the app: should I set the goal (the GREEN NUMBER) to 3000 (maintenance) or 2400 (weight loss)? I…
