Calorie Budget Question.
I'm sure this has been asked before. I'm given a calorie budget and I try to stay under budget as much as possible. My common sense to me says that's its a good thing, but I noticed people here on the forums don't think that's a good thing. Can anyone explain it to me please? I'm still learning. Thanks Jay

When foods aren't in the database?
Is there any way to add a food's COMPLETE details (carbs, sugar, etc.) for something not listed in the database, or is the only option to quick-add the calories and nothing else? Thanks!
