Why the despise for people who want to bodybuild? Shoot there is even a gym (PLANET FITNESS) that pretty much says bodybuilders are NOT welcome in their facilities. Even though there slogan is "NO JUDGMENT ZONE" is that hypocrisy?

Stuck at 92kg cant shed fat
Any helpful exercise hints or diet routines that are effective at lean muscle growth and fat burning would be greatly appreciated. I currently go to gym 4 time a week and eat between 1800 and 2200 calories a day with 1 cheat meal a week. I cant seem to lose that stubborn belly fat though.

Protein intake
I know it's 1g per Ibs of bodyweight so we say 150g of protein =600kcals right. So if I'm a fella needing to eat 4000kcals to gain weight (for example) I need to eat 3400kcals from carbs and fats. Shouldn't my protein percentage be higher if my protein levels are only 12% or 15% in marco needs?? Just throwing a question…

I have lost 100 lbs. I weigh 145, 5'6" now and am a male 61 years old. I am trying to gain muscle and not fat, so lifting moderate weights and eating a lot of protein. Struggling to understand / not be annoyed by the concept of "building lean muscle". As opposed to what?? Building chubby muscles? Surely muscle by definition is lean. Any bulk either comes from accompanying fat or just building more muscle. No?? Am I missing something??
