Called a "stick" today after 4 months of lifting
Family member who sees me lifting almost everyday called me a stick today. I was curling 15lbs and couldn't finish 3 sets of 8 4 months ago now I'm curling 42.5s 4 sets of 10. Pissed but now just more fuel in the tank. Thanks!!

Hello :) The app say, i have to eat arround 3500 calories/day. Im working every day 2,5h as a loader at UPS. Its kind of a hard work and i wonder, if they include this work in my daily calculation. When i add my basketball training i have to eat 4500 kcal. Isnt that way to much, compared to a average calorie coverage?
