How much should you bulk in relation to your end goal?
My goal is to weigh 195 with 8% body fat. Right now I'm 170 with 19% body fat. To trust calculated TDEE or my fitness tracker?
I've calculated my BMR and TDEE to be 1300 and 1950, respectively. My goal is to gain muscle with about a 250 cal surplus. However, my Microsoft Band tells me I usually burn around 1700 calories on my lifting days (which are 5 days/week). Which is more accurate?

How am I supposed to eat that much?
I realize this probably makes me sound like a douche, but how in the world am I suppose to eat 0ver 2700 calories a day, while still eating healthy? Fortunately, MFP doesn't seem to calculate the calories burned by weight-lifting, so it's not tacking more calories on. Anybody have any great high-calorie, healthy ideas?
