Digestive issues while bulking?
Has anyone else had severe cramps or other digestive issues while bulking? I doubled my calories a little over a week ago and my body has been rebelling ever since. Is it something I'm eating? Or is this normal? Will my body get adjusted as I continue eating this much?

reading up on body recomping. basically eating at a calorie surplus on weight lifting days and at a deficit on the other days. feel so guilty just binged on bread!
