I'm bumping up my daily goal by 200 calories. That, with post training curds and whey and the inevitable weekend indiscretions, should tip me towards a very slight surplus. I'm pretty excited. And then if I've totally wrecked things in two months then... I know how to fix it.

Bulk or Maintain?
So based on 7 weeks of cutting I am averaging 0.80lbs/week. After 12 weeks of cutting I should be at 158 lbs @ 12% BF. Should I bulk .5-1.0 lbs/week until I hit 15% BF or Maintain for 6-8 weeks then cut again back to 10%? (After I hit 10% BF I would bulk up to 15% and start the cycle over again.) I've always been the type to eat a bunch of small meals (300-500 calories), rather than three large meals. I was told that because I eat so often my body never feels hungry and in turn it makes my metabolism fast. any truth to that or is it just nonsense?

Tracking liquid
Does everyone track what they drink? I quit drinking pop, so now I either drink water, Gatorade or fruit juices. Should I be tracking this stuff, does it really affect my overall calories that much to where it's important?
