Tracking liquid
Does everyone track what they drink? I quit drinking pop, so now I either drink water, Gatorade or fruit juices. Should I be tracking this stuff, does it really affect my overall calories that much to where it's important?

I'm starting SL5x5 tomorrow (again), when I previously did it, I was in a caloric deficit. But I want to bulk, so I need to be in a caloric surplus.
