It's 7:30 pm and I still have 800 calories left to eat.. 10/10, would maintain again. Really enjoy maintenance so far, I feel much more energetic! Anyone maintain weight with weightlifting alone?
Currently doing an all over weightlifting routine 3x week, with 20 mins cardio at the end. Needing to reduce the amount of time I spend at the gym and really detest cardio!
