New addition
Hello my name is Mrs. X I want to be sexy and seductive again. My goal is to lose 20 lbs to be a health weight. I started losing weight the first couple of weeks I was tracking calories and I have been doing my push ups and sit ups but now the weight is back were I started. Do you think it could be that I am gaining muscle?

hello! once i hit my goal then what?
I'm just starting and new to this. I'm hoping to get in shape and stay that way. But i was wondering? once I meet my goals; then what? Do we change our diet and fitness to maintain it or does the current program i'm on maintain it if I stick to it?

what is considered exercise??
I've been trying to search the data base for daily activities such as laundry, vacuuming, shuttling the kids around, etc. but I'm having no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions or are these activities not included in what I should be doing to reach my exercise goals?

Who in their right mind wants to be FAT???? Seriously? Every woman wants to look sexy, feel slim and trim and be able to put on a pair of jeans without busting the damn seams. Every man wants to be fit and have a pair of guns lol. So, why is it so hard for us to put the cake or the burger down even when we truly don't want…

Healthy for my kids!
I have two beautiful, amazing children that are my life. I need to adopt a healthy weight and lifestyle so I can be around for them for a very long time. My other main reason for wanting to lose weight is the fact that I only have a couple of pictures of me with them. I hate pictures of myself so I don't take any with…

It's about time I introduced myself to the community I suppose :-) I'm a 27 year old female, 5'2", 130 lbs. I have never really worked out in my entire life until very recently. I'm on the small side but I suspect I have a high % of bodyfat. I gain most of my weight in my stomach & hips, much to my dismay. I just bought a…
