For some reason I have really fallen off my game!! I log in every day and eat pretty well until about 3 o'clock and then its like I loose total control!! Got on scale this morning and I am down another pound. Don't weigh in officially until Sunday but it is enough for me to keep motivated tonight and tomorrow. Friday and Saturday are difficult days for me. I always seem to run amuck.
