Weigh in vs. Inches ???
I am so afraid of the scale. It never moves it seems, better yet, gets worse at times. As you can see below, my ticker does not move. I'm told it's inches that matter. Someone please help!!!! I know this is about "Fitness" So does weighing in really matter?? How do I do this!!! UGH :sad:

I HAVE to get back on track
I started each day over the holiday eating healthy, and then blew it all by the evening - when the junk food came out! I've put 4lbs on, and feeling really cruddy about it :cry: Just don't seem to manage healthy food choices and will power this week :grumble: How's everyone else doing ?
