just got my dad to the gym
We had free week passes at my gym so I grabbed one up for my dad and I am making him join. He had fun and he liked it. I am gonna make that his christmas present. He hopes it will make his leg stop hurting(losing wt and working the muscles) Next step getting him a MFP profile/page...... I think thats on the todo list

Update on my eldest son
I had a letter from the Adult Mental Health Department at ou local hospital this morning, they want to see my son as a priority before Xmas, so, hopefully they can diagnose and start helping him to see things a little clearer.
