Yippee...I was so pleased this morning when I stepped on the scale and it showed 185....three pounds lost this week....5 pounds in my 3 weeks with My Fitness Pal.....35 to go and I see it happening! Karen.

I cheated yesterday

getting fatter?
i have been exercising everyday and im doing pretty good with not going over my calories but today i feel so bloated u just feel like im getting bigger. and my stomache looks like im 9 months pregnant. the scale hasnt gone up but i just feel and look fatter. anyone have any advice or know what going on?

Succeeding, but need support to continue
