First weigh-in since MFP
Hey all, I've been on here for just over a week and I decided to make Friday's my weigh in day. After excersizing 6 out of the 7 days and eating..well, better at least..haha.. I lost 3lbs going from 182 to 179! Woohoo! 14lbs to go! Thanks to everyone for their wonderful tips and words of encouragement.

how is this possible????
eating 1300 calories a day exercising at least 5-6x a week and burning 4000 cal a week and gaining 10 lbs and 10% body fat! I dont mind the weight b/c it could be muscle but what the hell is up with gaining and extra 10% body fat!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm so frustrated!!!!
