Low Carb Nachos
I love all mexican food, especially nachos and i crave tortilla chips like crazy! Berry Good Dip
So, I got this recipe this morning out of a children's cookbook. Pretty easy and tastes good. I used fat free sour cream and fat free cream cheese instead of the regular. I also used splenda instead of sugar. Next time I think I'll use just the reduced fat cream cheese to give it more of a "strawberry cheesecake" taste.…

It's that time again....what's your favorites on the grill? I love fresh corn on the cob and pork tenderloin - both grilled nothing fancy but oh so good! What's your favorites? I need some meal ideas that I can make but are also easy to make, as I dont have much time to cook with 12 kids running around the house. I eat with the kids so that is why I'm looking for healthier meals to make them for lunch each day.

Best salad I've ever made!
So... lately I've been wanting to try goat & feta cheese and everytime I go out and have a salad, I realize that I should be eating more of them, so I concocted this today.
