its working .... i can't believe it.
i purposely avoided my weigh in on monday because the week before it stuck at just 220lbs but just got on the scales after gym session and i am now 218lbs... a little mini celebration in the right direction yay! so far 6 lbs lost... yayayay! what a great feeling :-)

I had my second child 10 weeks ago and I am only 2 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight! I lost FOUR pounds my first week on MFP!!!
I'm so happy! Really! But should I be concerned that MFP set me up to lose 2 lbs a week and I lost 4? I want to be healthy about this weight loss, and I know they don't recommend aiming for more than 2 lbs per week. Maybe its just cuz this was my first week on the program?
