Hooray 4 miles today!!
One mile Classic walk and 3 miles Walk Away Your Waistline. 15 minute miles. Still not moving that scale and really not seeing the inches change. I feel good, but really want to see that scale start to drop. I don't mind being over the hill I just don't want to roll down the other side!

I am so proud of myself in the last month I've lost 12 pounds! I know its not a crazy amount of weight but its a start and defiantely better than gaining!

ITS WORKING!
SO TODAY WAS MY FIRST OFFICIAL WEIGH IN, AND IM DOWN 2 LBS. I KNOW, NOT MUCH, BUT I SAW THE SCALE MOVE, THATS ALL THAT MATTERS. I MEASURED AND I HAD LOST 1/2 IN IN MY WAIST AND HIPS. I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT BECAUSE I HAD A FEW BAD DAYS THIS WEEK BUT, I TRIED TO MAKE UP FOR IT AT THE GYM. :bigsmile:

Hangin' in there
Just want to share that my second surgery went well-- very minor and now I can start walking again.It's onlybeen 2-3 weeks but seemed like forever. Only thing I usually use the elliptical so the decrease in the amt. of calories burned was a shocker. Can't wait to get totally back to normal!

January was a great start!
