Feelin' nice in February!
Hi all, I just wanted to let everyone know I managed lose 10lbs in the month of January alone! I am so excited to see what February brings!! It is my 4 year anniversary on the 19th and Valentine's day! Two big days that I can set goals for! How did everyone else do!!

I walked 2 miles today
I have a Walk Away the Pounds video with water weights by Leslie Sansone and today I told myself that I was going to do the 2 mile one today. I didn't think I would be able to get through it but I did and I did great. I am so proud of myself, I haven't walked 2 miles in years.

8 inches gone!
When I first started I read on MFP to take your measurements, so I did. I've lost 8 inches off of my waist in 2 1/2 months. Even though my scale is being stubborn and only budging 1 lb per week rather than 2, this was nice encouragment. If you are just starting, take your measurement! You'll be glad you did. Lynnie
