SUCCESS
I had my fitness assessment today. Ignoring the scale completely, I've reached a healthy weight. My fat% is between average and lean, and I was told not to lose anymore weight because I could actually have problems having a baby... Bottom line is, goal achieved. I'm in the middle of updating my food diary settings.......

Can't believe I was only over by 13

New goal accomplished!
Last weekend I curled 50 pounds, per arm! My form wasnt totally perfect but it was close enough to be counted. I'm almost in the healthy range...Only .2 to go!! The caculator said that my healthy weight range was between 118 and 159...2 things. 1: That is a huge weight difference!! And... 2: I can't even BEGIN to imagine weighing 118...Crazy!

Finally less than 20 lbs to go.
