Progress update 8 months vegan diet
Hi guys, 8 months into my fat loss process. I did only weight training. no cardio yet. I followed plant based diet only from last 1 year. Its calorie deficit which is working for me. Looking for some tips to get abs and then start building muscles after fat loss completes. Still have lot of fat to loose from mid section.

Most lost in a week?
Just out of curiosity, what is the most you have lost in a weeks time on MFP? I am really debating on whether to follow MFP or WW. I know you have to do what works for you, but I find that with WW I am at least trying to eat healthier foods. Thanks all.

5"7' with 20lbs to lose!
I've always struggled with my weight and after recently getting engaged, the celebrations inevitably got me up to 167lb. I'm down to 158lb and my UGW is 138lb. I have been around 145lb before but when I get to that weight it almost seems like I can't eat more than 1000 kcals to lose weight 😔. Has anyone lost 20lbs from…

Ok, this really isn't a biggie but....
The past 2 Thursdays I've attended a meeting with my sister. They've been serving yummy looking cookies(one of my biggest downfalls) and pumpkin bread(another yummy love of mine). I used to always take food offered like that but I said no both times and just walked to my chair. To me, that's a success in itself, turning…

100 down, 100 to go!
Hey guys, just wanted to add to the awesome success stories here because MFP has been instrumental in this whole process. I ended up somewhere around 460 pounds a few years ago and started considering surgeries but decided to give it a shot myself. I'm 26 now and was younger then so I'm glad I did. Anyway, I don't take…

Changed my life
I started my journey just over a year ago and through a combination of a diet recorded in MyFitnessPal, an Oura ring for body status and lots of Garmin recorded exercises have lost 7 stone and gone from couch potato to a sub 50 minute 10K runner. Couldn’t have done it without the MFP to monitor my diet and trends.

Is this loose skin?
I don’t like how my inner thighs are flabby, my legs aren’t even chubby. I’m more too heavy. I just wanted to know if weight lifting will help this flab go away? I want thick thighs and really toned legs. Below are the pictures.

Never Thought I Could Do It
All my life I’ve struggled with my weight and I came to a point where I had to seriously make a change. I was picked on so I knew what it felt like to be different and an outsider. As I got older I surrounded myself with amazing people and I managed to get through all the hard times. I’m 24 years old and I started my…

My year with myfitnesspal from 240 to 167 lbs
So I started in January last year. At first it was just using myfitnesspal as a tracking tool with my goal set to 2 lbs per week. Tracking my food, I mean really tracking my food opened my eyes up to how I was eating and how I got to 240 lbs. In fact I was probably heavier than 240 when I first started but it took me a bit…

The real success
At 248, I couldn’t stand the sight of myself without a shirt. Wouldn’t leave my room without a shirt, even in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t put in my glasses until I was dressed. At the same time, I felt like I couldn’t do anything about it because life was so hectic and I couldn’t even see the first step. Here I am 40…
